PROPERTY MANAGEMENT FEES AND SERVICES FOR SINGLE FAMILY HOMES
Our property management fee is 10% of rents collected and includes:
- Responding in a timely manner to maintenance and other requests of your tenants
- Collecting rent and, if necessary, serving notices and initiating unlawful detainer actions
- Accounting for income and expenses produced by the property and reporting them to you
- Arranging for services, repairs and maintenance on the property as authorized
Our leasing fee is 40% of a single month's rent and includes:
- Evaluation of the current market rental value
- Advertising, showing the property, and screening prospective tenants
- Preparing and executing the lease agreement with the tenant
- Extensive documentation of the property condition prior to giving the tenant possession
Our lease renewal fee is 25% of a single month's rent and includes:
- Inspection to verify that the tenant has taken proper care of the property
- Evaluation of market rent and the new rent amount to be offered to the tenant
- Negotiating and executing the renewed lease agreement with the tenant
